Introduction and Acceptance

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Guidra.

Description of Service

Guidra is an AI-powered learning platform that includes:

• AI tutoring and personalised lesson generation
• Curriculum content for WASSCE, WAEC, KCSE, GCSE, A-Level, and IELTS
• Scholarship discovery and matching
• Chrome browser extension for learning from any web page
• AI study coach with progress tracking
• Voice-based learning
• Spaced repetition and revision scheduling

Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at legal@guidra.ai. We may suspend accounts with false information or policy violations.

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted: lawful, personal, educational use only.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

• Unlawful use
• Unauthorised access
• Bots or scrapers
• Prompt injection attacks
• Reselling content
• Uploading malware
• Harassing users
• Circumventing subscription limits

Subscription Plans and Payments

• Free and paid plans available. Prices shown at guidra.ai/pricing.
• Paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually on a recurring basis.
• Refunds reviewed within 14 days of a charge. Contact legal@guidra.ai.
• Promo codes: one per account, non-transferable.
• Free plan subject to usage limits that may change over time.

Referral Programme

• Rewards credited only on qualifying paid subscriptions.
• Fraudulent referrals will be reversed.
• Minimum payout: $50 USD, paid monthly.
• We may modify or terminate the programme at any time.

Intellectual Property

• Guidra Content: limited personal licence for educational use only.
• Your Content: you retain ownership; grant us licence to operate the Service.
• AI-Generated Content: for personal use only, not for redistribution.

Privacy and Data

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Voice audio is discarded immediately. Only text transcripts are retained.

AI Usage and Limitations

AI content may occasionally be inaccurate. Do not rely on AI responses for legal, medical, or financial decisions. We continually work to improve accuracy but cannot guarantee correctness.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability capped at the amount paid in the preceding 12 months or £100 GBP, whichever is greater.

Changes to These Terms

Material changes notified 14 days in advance by email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate for policy violations without refund.

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
